Vonda Shepard is the singer featured in the comedy series "Ally McBeal". The series' theme "Searchin' My Soul" is a rerecording of Vonda's original recording in 1992. "Searchin' My Soul" was a track on her second album, called "The radical light" and featured Jeff Porcaro on drums.
