Bud Melman (real name: Calvert DeForest) was a regular walk-on for David Letterman's Late Show and is author of 'Cheap advice'. Steve Lukather and David Garfield can be heard joking about him at the end of "Smell Yourself" from the Japanse version of => "Los Lobotomys": "Is Bud Melman around ? Does that guy exist ?"
