"DAVE'S GONE SKIING"
This is the title for the instrumental jam track on => "Tambu". Steve Lukather explains how they came up with that title:We were suppose to be writing that day, and Dave (Paich, Toto keyboardist) called us and said, "I'm not coming to write; I'm taking the wife skiing. I'll see you later." So we wrote e that song and we had to call it "Dave's Gone Skiing." Some people immediately go to drug references, and we of course don't do that any more. That was an early '80's phase, you know? We called it that because Dave went skiing.
