SantaMental is a special release from Steve Lukather that is a re-imagining of many Christmas and Holiday classics, as well as a few original Christmas songs written by Luke and => Jeff Babko.


SantaMental features an impressive list of guest musicians, including => Eddie Van Halen, Edgar Winter, => Larry Carlton, Mike Landau, Steve Vai, Slash, and => Trevor Lukather.


Through the magic of the studio, Luke includes a “Jingle Bells” duet with => Sammy Davis Jr.


On the original release of SantaMental, a track entitled “Goodbye” was included that was merely a brief live farewell by Sammy David Jr while live on stage. It was subsequently removed from the record.
